We’re thrilled to announce LVA Architects’s new project in Armidale, NSW! We will be the architect and Design practitioner for a Class 3 development that provide accommodation for NDIS participants needing high physical support. As registered design practitioners for class 2 and 3 buildings, and with extensive experience in SDA and NDIS housing, we are uniquely equipped to tackle this challenge. Our design will adhere to the highest SDA category standards and the latest NCC 2022 building codes, ensuring both safety and functionality. Through close collaboration with SDA assessors, we’re tailoring our architectural designs to provide the best possible living conditions.
